Our commitment to protecting the rights of European Union residents
Last Updated: October 2026
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive data protection law that came into effect on May 25, 2018. It applies to all organizations that process personal data of individuals residing in the European Union, regardless of where the organization is located. At Fell-jaguar, we are committed to complying with GDPR requirements for all our users.
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your information and to demonstrate compliance with GDPR principles.
We process personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds:
As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights:
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We will provide this information free of charge within one month of receiving your request.
You have the right to request that we correct any personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete. We will respond to such requests within one month.
Also known as the "right to be forgotten," you may request that we delete your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data.
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, including processing for direct marketing purposes.
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to your request within one month, although this period may be extended by two further months for complex requests.
As a Canadian company, we ensure that any transfer of personal data from the European Union to Canada is protected by appropriate safeguards. Canada has received an adequacy decision from the European Commission, which means that personal data can flow freely from the EU to Canada.
While we are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under GDPR, we have designated a privacy contact who can address any questions or concerns about our data practices.
If you believe that we have not complied with your data protection rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence. However, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve your concerns directly.
