Our headquarters in Baie-Saint-Paul is located in the heart of Charlevoix. If you are in the area and would like to meet in person to discuss your travel plans, we welcome appointments during our office hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least four weeks in advance for standard tours, and six to eight weeks for peak season (September-October for fall colours, March-April for sugar shack season). Custom itineraries require additional planning time.

What is included in the tour price?

All tours include accommodation, meals, transportation during the tour, guide services, entrance fees, and activities as described. Not included: transportation to/from tour starting points, travel insurance, and personal expenses.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before departure. 50% refund for cancellations 15-29 days before. No refund for cancellations within 14 days of departure. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Are tours suitable for all fitness levels?

Most tours involve moderate walking on uneven terrain. We can accommodate various fitness levels and accessibility needs with advance notice. Please discuss any concerns when booking.
